Deviee merely seeks to function as the intermediary between buyers and sellers through this online marketplace; all commercial and contractual conditions are separately proposed by and negotiated between buyers and sellers. These include, but are not limited to, the cost of goods, the cost of shipping, the methods and terms of payment, the time and method of delivery, the warranties, the after-sale services, the availability of replacement items and reimbursements for returned goods. Deviee is not and will not be involved in any way in the offering or acceptance of such commercial or contractual conditions between the Buyers and Sellers.
Deviee neither determines nor advises them. We are not responsible for any discounts or offers, including those for exchanges, made by the Seller/Brand.
Any non-performance or breach of a contract made between the Buyers and Sellers is not the fault of Deviee. It cannot and does not guarantee that any transaction entered into by such Users between Buyers and Sellers will be completed, and it will not get involved in any disputes or disagreements between Users, whether they are resolved through mediation or any other method.

We shall not be held liable, in any way, for any information, photo, image, chat communication, text, software, data, music, sound, images, messages, videos, or other materials that you send, upload, post, email, or otherwise make available to us (collectively, "User Content"). You acknowledge that you will not support, encourage, or participate in the transmission, hosting, display, uploading, modification, publication, updating, or sharing of any information.
