Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can contact our customer support staff by email at iyerinbusiness@gmail.com or by phone at - +1 9012622446 if the order or the item(s) you want to cancel have not yet been dispatched.

In these situations, the order will be cancelled and your payment will be reimbursed to you within 24 to 48 hours of the cancellation request.

Cancellation post shipment:

Even if you cancel an order that we have already given to the courier service, they may still try to deliver it. Please don't accept the order's delivery.

After 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product(s) back and examining their packaging and condition, we will issue a refund.

How will I receive my money back for the cancelled orders, and how long will it take?

If a cancellation is requested prior to shipment, we handle the refund within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the request.

When a shipment is returned or cancelled after it has been delivered, we handle the refund when the returned goods have been received and examined at our warehouse.

Within 24 to 48 hours of us receiving the returned goods, we will process refunds for purchases made with credit/debit cards or net banking to the original payment account. The amount may not appear in your account for another two to three business days.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will start a bank transfer using the billing information you gave in relation to the refund amount. After we receive the returned products and your bank account information via email, this process will be finished in between 24 and 48 business hours. A further 2–3 business days will pass before the money appears in your account.

What if I had to cancel my order after using discount coupons or loyalty points at the time of payment?

Discount coupons are only meant to be used once and must be utilized even if you cancel the order.

In the event of a cancellation, loyalty points that you had used to pay for an order will be reimbursed back to your account.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

How do I return an item purchased on Deviee?

Customers of Deviee have access to a "Easy return policy," which allows them to seek the return or exchange of a product within five days of delivery. You may also submit a return request for some or all of the items in your order, and we will accept those requests as well.

Step 1: Within five business days of receiving your order, contact our customer support staff by email at iyerinbusiness@gmail.com.

Step 2: Provide us the information we need to return, replace, or refund your product, along with your order ID. Please email a picture of the item and the invoice for our records.

Step 3: Within 2-4 business days, we will pick up the goods. Only if the products are sent to us in their original packaging with all of their seals, labels, and barcodes intact can we start the refund or replacement procedure.

Note : In the event of a replacement, stock must be available. We will provide you a complete refund in circumstances when a replacement might not be possible. Please see the next question for details on refund exclusions.

Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Product degradation as a result of abuse or overuse returned items that are missing or damaged original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, and other accessories.

Modified serial number Products with flaws that are covered by the seller's or manufacturer's guarantee product is tampered with or used If a request is made more than 5 business days after the order was delivered Complimentary item given by company.

When I return a product, do I also have to return the free gift?

Yes. The free gift is a component of the item order and must be returned with the initially shipped item.
